Update availability daily, Add clear photos, Add proper description and key search words to your products. Mention a price, offer discount if possible, reply to quotation requests immediately before your competitors, provide good service to your customers to encourage them to review and rate you high. Featured products option will show latest products on landing page for customer search results. Customers like to work with well established companies. Keep your profile page informative and updated.

First step is to add your product to sell. Second step to go to “Add Featured Products link” select your product code and submit. Admin will accept if slots available.

You can add discount amount when registering a new product or edit later .

Admin will screen new registrations. Our buyers are mainly from Sri Lanka and Maldives. If supplier can provide fast and reliable service, foreign supplier will be accepted to list. Customers have their freedom to find their best option. Your direct contact is always available to potential customers on our platform.

Very easy, professional tool to call multiple quotations from registered hotel suppliers. Steps:
1.Upgrade your membership to “Premium Buyer” status. Contact Hotelsupplier.lk admin. Contact us
2.Login to your buyer account.
3.Click on “Quotation Pool”
4. Enter Product Name, Description, Select category of the product you search, Add a photo of your requirement ( A Sample photo if available. Supplier can understand your exact requirement)
5.Submit request.
6. Hotelsupplier.lk system will generate multiple quotation request messages. Message will be delivered to all related Platinum and Gold Member Suppliers registered in hotelsupplier.lk . Suppliers will see your requirement in their login page and they will send quotations to your email if they have the right product you search.
7. Once you get your quotation and wish to close your “Quotation Pool request”, please login to your account and select “Quotation Pool History” and deactivate the request.
